Sadie’s Haven is a home for young women ages 14 to 19 who need an alternative living environment due to legal problems, placement in the foster care system, alcohol or drug use, or other such issues.
Our young women are able to continue their schooling though the local school district, earn credits towards graduation or GED, enter into college course work or vocational training during their treatment stay. Continuing education is not just encouraged, it's required.
For long lasting change to occur, residents must remain engaged for periods of longer than 28 days, especially if the client will be returning to a home and/or social environment that will have its challenges.
